Englewood Beach is located on the South end of Manasota Key. This beach is accessed from state road 776 via Beach Road and the draw bridge that spans Lemon Bay. When locals speak of going to the beach here in Englewood, this is usually where they are talking about. The beach access at Englewood Beach is actually a Charlotte County Park named Chadwick Park. Chadwick Park is a beautiful beach park located across the street from restaurants, beach shops and a few beach tiki bars. One can rent boats, jet skis, scooters, and 3 wheeled beach buggies nearby. The park itself offers 3 different rentable pavilions, one with a capacity of 128 people. Chadwick Park also offers a basketball court, fishing, horseshoes, playground, restrooms, swimming beach, and a sand volleyball court. 
The South end of Manasota Key is absolutely stunning and offers quick access to all that Englewood has to offer. There are some fantastic homes lining the Gulf and Lemon Bay. Condos and villas are also here for rental or purchase. If you want to live at the best address Englewood has to offer, Manasota Key would be it.
